Curry-Thyme Rub
This seasoning will enhance soups, vegetable stews, roasted vegetables, rice dishes—basically just about anything you add it to. If you have an herb garden, it’s also a nice way to use the thyme you've stored and preserved from the last harvest.

Ingredients
3 T dried thyme
3 T garlic powder
3 T curry powder
3 T paprika
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tsp ground black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Store in an airtight container. Use it to season rice, vegetables, soups, and practically anything else you can think of.
